HONEST LIMITS — submarines do not broadcast AIS and there is no public live submarine track feed; we will never fabricate a live submarine track. Instead, three truthfully-labeled products: OSINT-LIVE public naval reporting, FORECAST probability-field projection, and INFERENCE negative-space advisory over real surface-AIS density.
The visual centerpiece — killinchu's existing holographic maritime globe: real military ADS-B + AIS vessels with the W2/W3 intel layers (dark/spoof/risk) rendered on a self-hosted WebGL2 scene (0 CDN). The governance loop is real; the effector link is SIMULATED.
